Ladies On Top
Knowing your Niche - Creating Brand "You"
Here’s how it happens... You join a select group of women leaders for a weekend away from daily distractions and demands. The focus is on you.
Prior to the program, you complete an on-line assessment and personal inventories to highlight your best practices. Results help you define one specific target for visible change in performance and satisfaction: your 3-month stretch goal. On site, small groups and break-out teams explore approaches to integrating personal and professional interests, goals, and responsibilities. Discussion topics generated through your pre-program assessments heighten personal awareness, identify barriers to change, and target patterns impacting relationship expectations and outcomes. One-on-one coaching refines personal goals, maps change strategies, and builds confidence through greater awareness of unique assets. Private sessions with image and presentation skills consultants promote your personal “brand.” On-site photographers and make-up artists available at additional cost. Program fees include pre-course assessments, the Friday evening through Sunday noon program (including welcome reception and all Saturday meals), and 3 hours of individual post-program coaching and follow-up. Participants receive discounted rates on spa services when combined with room reservations. Contribute to a healthier, more vibrant organization...through a healthier, more vibrant you!

Destination Asia Exploring the World; Discovering Ourselves
This 17 day encounter with Asian culture and commerce is targeted to North American women in leadership roles. The itinerary – which includes Shanghai, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore - offers insights into a spectrum of the oldest and brightest economies on the continent.
In addition to exploring values underlying cultural heritage, participants will meet with Asian women holding positions of power in their country’s business, government, and financial sectors. There will be opportunity also to exchange ideas with expatriate women employed in executive roles in each country, thereby offering another perspective on the practicalities, protocols and realities of doing business in the East. Even brief exposure to a unique culture can build self-confidence and enhance acceptance of individual rights, beliefs, and differences. Experiential travel fosters flexibility, initiative, and resourcefulness—key components in critical thinking. International experiences help us gain a better understanding of our capacities, our biases, and our place in the world. Removed from routine and distraction, the experience also promotes an inner journey guided by your designated coach and personal agenda. Exploration begins before departure. Two sessions with your assigned coach will help target personal and business goals, translating intentions to measurable outcomes during and post-travel. The process will be assisted by assessments and assignments supporting your specific objectives. A half day pre-departure program encompasses cross cultural skills, a health and safety briefing, and destination overview. Along the way, a licensed guide will accompany our group throughout the itinerary, assisted in each destination by local tour operators and attendants. Hotel accommodations and ground transportation will assure superior service. The schedule respects needs for rest and recovery and provides latitude for individual study and personal interests. En route, informal meetings and briefings will assist interpretation of the cultural and corporate encounters. Opportunities for one-on-one appointments with your coach will be provided each week in country.
After return, two final coaching sessions align the international experience with professional challenges and personal realities. This step helps ensure gains are not lost in the process of re-entry. Contact BION for fees, full itineraries, and departure dates.
